At thortful we believe the animals around us deserve our care. One of the key rules we follow in our company is to ‘be human’ and we really think this is a part of that. We know our customers agree with us – after all why else would we get loads of cute photos sent to us featuring pets and cards? Not to mention all the cards that are ‘from the dog’ or to the cat.
Needless to say, when we got the chance to partner up with the RSPCA this Christmas, we leapt at it like a dog at a sausage, or a cat who wants to beak the stuff on your shelf.
So we’re proud to be spreading the word about the RSPCA Christmas Rescue. 95% of their officers recently surveyed, identified the cost of care as being the major driver behind neglect. We agree with the RSPCA that no animal should pay the price of the cost of living crisis this Christmas, which is why thortful, and our lovely customers, will be helping to keep the RSPCA’s Animal Rescue teams on the road.
For every A5 Christmas card we sell this year, we’ll be giving 5p. And we’ll be giving £1 for every card sold from the RSPCA Christmas card collection. What’s that, you ask?
The RSPCA Christmas Card Collection is exclusive to us, designed together with thortful creator Made By Harriet. The charity’s team loves Harriet’s hand-drawn style and together they’ve created this range of funny, touching cards. Two of them even feature illustrations of real life rescues – Skye the dog, and Holly the cat. Plus, each card has a QR code on the back that leads to more information and rescue stories.
